Helping Hands for Wildlife is a non-profit wildlife rehabilitation centre<\/strong> with a clear mission: to rescue, rehabilitate and gently prepare wild animals for a return to the wild. We do this with minimal human interaction and maximum respect for the animals\u2019 natural development<\/strong>.<\/p>

Our hearts beat especially for primates. Above all, for the curious, sensitive and highly social vervet monkeys<\/strong>, who make up the majority of our residents. But other animals too, such as servals, dogs, pigs and a horse<\/strong>, have found a safe haven here.<\/p>

Every animal here has its own story<\/strong>. They have all suffered trauma \u2013 whether physical or emotional. And they all deserve love, safety and care.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our farm is not just a place of refuge \u2013 it is a place of change and hope<\/strong>. Elli, who is originally from Germany, has been here since early 2023. In October 2024, she took full charge of the farm and has been running it ever since with passion, experience and tireless dedication.<\/p>

We believe in teamwork, compassion and the value of every single life. People from all over the world come together here<\/strong> \u2013 volunteers, supporters \u2013 united by the vision of helping animals in need and giving them a second chance.<\/p>

Our work goes beyond the care and rehabilitation of animals. It includes raising awareness about wildlife conservation<\/strong>, supporting the local community in dealing with found wildlife<\/strong>, and creating safe habitats for wild<\/strong> animals.<\/p>

This farm really is a very special place. You can immediately sense just how much heart, time and love Elli puts into this place. Elli is a wonderful young woman who manages to create an environment where you can find peace, enjoy nature and, at the same time, feel part of something genuine and valuable. It\u2019s particularly impressive to see the dedication with which she looks after everything \u2013 from the animals and the grounds to the people who come to visit. You can really tell that this farm isn\u2019t just a place, but a labour of love. Wow. I was at Elli\u2019s farm with a group of six other girls. We were given a warm welcome and I really felt at home. Elli runs the farm with great care and is always there for you. Anyone who wants to do some good and be surrounded by wonderful people should do so with Elli and Helping Hands 4 Wildlife. We were allowed to really get stuck in from day one, which was a brilliant feeling \u2013 as if we\u2019d always been part of the team. It was a fantastic feeling to be able to support these amazing people for at least 14 days, to let go of my fears and to grow. I\u2019d go back to Elli\u2019s time and time again.
